This notice explains how Eighty8 Wellness Club handles personal data in Eighty8 Circle, in line with UAE personal data protection law.

What we collect Your name, email address and WhatsApp number; the campaign or invite you joined through; your membership status; and your 88 Credits activity. We do not collect payment card details.

Why we use it To create and secure your account, track invitations and rewards, manage your membership and, only if you opt in, send you marketing messages.

Who can see it Eighty8 staff with a business need. The person who invited you sees your first name and last initial and whether you joined. People further up never see who you are.

Your rights You can access, correct or export your data, withdraw marketing consent and request deletion from Account settings. Some financial records must be kept for legal reasons.
